How to plug in

You can listen to the Fix Your Life program files anywhere, but for best results, follow these guidelines:

  • Sit or lie comfortably alone in a quiet room

  • Close your eyes, preferably wear an eye mask or a blindfold

  • Use high-fidelity earphones / headphones

Relax as much as possible, but be aware that the files exercise your brain - it’s normal to feel moments of restlessness or surges of emotion. If at any point you begin to feel overwhelmed, focus on slowing and deepening your breath.

By using this program, you are investing in your personal growth and long-term mental health.
